Gift Ideas

It is that time of the year. I have to find a gift for everyone. It is such a challenging task. But I think posters make good gifts. It's still a challenge to pick the right poster though.

If your friends like paintings, then you could get a classical Monet, or Van Gogh.

What else can we consider? Well, if you think they will like photography, then Ansel Adams is a sure bet:

Besides art, we have many other choices when it comes to finding a poster to be a gift. Guys typically like sports, cars. He might like a poster of his favorite football team, or a poster of basketball player. Football posters are probably the most popular sports posters in US. You could find something about soccer, baseball, swimming and whatever else you can think of. If your friend likes boxing, then Muhammad Ali Posters sounds like a classic.

For teenagers, you could get a poster of his or her favorite band. Teens like a music poster on their walls.

Women have varied interests. They might like a painting, or black and white photography on their wall. Photography posters are usually a safe bet for anyone and makes a great gift.

Who is going to win the Rose Bowl?

Well, it's that time of the year again and Rose Bowl is getting closer. My favorite is Ohio State. Who is your favorite team? Regardless of who wins there are posters for us all. Here is a photo of the Horseshoe, the Ohio Stadium in Columbus, Ohio:

Calendars

Turkey day is over. Oh my God, what a traffic that was! Now it's the holiday season. Time to shop. Sitting in traffix today, I was making a list of things to buy. And the light bulb went on! We need a new 2008 Calendar. So, here I am surfing the posters again, but this time, the calendar section:

They are all so nice. And tempting. Which chick should I pick? Ok ok, maybe I should stick to landscape calendars.

Autumn

Fall is here and the leaves are beautiful. I live in California. Here seasons are not that well pronounced. We don't get to see too many colors. Those of us who live in eastern US are the lucky ones when it comes to fall. It's very beautiful and very colorful there in the east coast when it's fall time.

So i am looking at the nice posters again and picking my favorites. Here is a nice colorful fall picture:

I love the fall colors :-)
